Experienced in Product & Process training. * Prior work experience as a Content Designer, Instructional Designer or similar role * Awareness on Learning Management Software (LMS). OJT - On Job Training / Class room training. * Designing detailed and engaging content for training delivery including topics, dates and number of hours required per course. * Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
