Job Description
Operations Manager responsibilities span delivery on all technical surveillance and client projects across the organization, in India.
They are active in the Gurgaon office recruitment, planning and directing human resources and decisions. Surveillance supervisor and teams report to the Manager.
They are responsible for the overall performance of the centre core activities and delivering Surveillance KPIs. The most important responsibility is to drive teams in due course 24/7, and associated projects.
They must be a forward-looking individual who can manage the Technical surveillance department today while planning and implementing plans for tomorrow.
They are also responsible for deploying the resources necessary to carry out Projects and company's goals and campaigns.
